Born in 1983, J.E. Richards Electric, Inc. is licensed as a Class A Electrical Contractor in the State of Virginia and as an Electrical Contractor in the twelve (12) jurisdictions in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Over the past twenty five years, J.E. Richards has earned an honored reputation in our industry for providing superior electrical services to our clients in a wide variety of industries including entertainment, manufacturing, retail, education, government, healthcare, and financial services. Most recently, J.E. Richards has become part of Phalcon Ltd. and enjoys a partnership with those sister companies in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey. Our association with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is an example of our professional commitment and achievement in our industry. Our affiliation with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) ensures that our field labor force, which averages over 400, is among the most extensively trained and qualified personnel in the industry. We are proud to announce that our employees have been repeatedly recognized by the Washington Building Congress (WBC) with Craftsmanship Awards for their outstanding quality of work. |
At J.E. Richards we dispatch our field staff from both our Maryland and Virginia offices to accommodate our client’s needs faster. Our mobile fleet consists of approximately sixty (60) fully-equipped trucks that perform emergency electrical, fire alarm and telecommunications service when called upon by our clients. J.E. Richards has always held safety in the forefront of all we do, resulting in an exceptional safety record. The strength of our company resources allows us to rely on the best in the business for our surety and bonding programs for the benefit of our prospective customers. The employees at J.E.
