Role: Joe splits his time between J.E. Richards’ Maryland and Virginia offices. He oversees numerous project managers, and is responsible for the daily operations of J.E. Richards’ Virginia office. He also plays a vital role in the development of companywide management and safety practices.
Experience: Prior to attaining his current position as Vice President, Joe started his career at J.E. Richards in 1995 as a foreman, then was promoted to Project Manager, and then finally, executive management. He completed the IBEW Local 26 1-year apprenticeship program and is still an active member of the Local 26 Community. He is a licensed electrical journeyman in MD, DC, and Virginia and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Joe has been involved in many of the company’s most challenging projects, including: The Discovery Data Center, Corporate Executive Board, Constitution Square Office Building 1, Boeing, Square 450, and several classified Government projects.
Pride: Joe believes being a part of the J.E. Richards and Phalcon means being a part of an elite organization with tremendous resources, experience, and experience. “I look forward to the continued success of our company,” he stated.
Free time: Joe spends a lot of his free time traveling with his son’s baseball team, or watching his other son compete in mixed martial arts. He also enjoys traveling to tropical destinations with his wife.
